Workshop 1 - Hip Drops and Variations and Beyond.Our monthly 2 hour beginner technique workshops are designed to help dancers build a strong and confident foundation while also offering new layers of understanding for returning students.
What to Expect
2 hour beginner level workshop focusing on helping students to gain full understanding of the movements used in our classes.
Whether you are an absolute beginner and this is your very first workshop with us, or you have attended our Belly Dance Basics workshops previously, you will be guided at a pace that suits you personally.
Returning students will build on their knowledge and gain further progression, so these workshops are perfect for dancers who want to strengthen their technique with a fresh awareness.
Each workshop focuses on a particular style of movement explores it in great depth.
The workshops will include detailed explanations, mini practice drills and plenty of individual assistance empowering all students to gain clarity, improve technique, progress in ability and grow in confidence.
