Join Sara for nine weeks of Belly Dance at our Mesa/Red Mountain venue:April 8th through June 10th

6pm - Belly Dance Basics - open to all, in this class Sara will be teaching cover the key moves, travelling steps and shimmies. You will be dancing from your first lesson !
7pm - Belly dance skills - aimed at dancers with around 20 weeks of belly dance basics under their coin belt.
Each class is $12 to sign up and $90 payable to your teacher at the first lesson.

Bellydance is a great way to make friends, get fit and feel fabulous. Its a mix of modern and traditional dance from the MENAHT regions (Middle East, North Africa, Hellenic, Turkish and beyond), adapted for local audiences.
Your teacher, Sara Shrapnell, is a belly dance teacher, performer, writer and mentor. As the "teacher's teacher", she trains others, world wide, to teach bellydance.
