Join us from 11-NOON for a phase class and then cool off with a delicious beverage (NA options available!) $30 covers class and your first beer/seltzer/na bevie!50-55 mins. Each PHASES class begins with deep breathing, to awaken the core. Then, we go through a full body, free weight strength training workout. We end class with high intensity interval training, alternating cardio moves with breathwork and stretches. The movements we practice throughout class are mindful and functional, meaning they mimic activities of daily living. We encourage deep belly breathing while lifting in order to maintain correct form, making this a super safe workout for women at all levels of fitness.
