With SNAP benefits being frozen, the Bellingham Food Bank's budget is going to double. The food bank served nearly 5,000 families per week before SNAP benefits got cut and 15% of Whatcom households utilize SNAP.So we are responding by throwing the largest fundraiser we can in a short 3 week period.
