About this Event

We know just how important it is to have a care team that gets you, understands your language and mannerisms, and doesn't take your passion for your and your family's well-being as a threat. You want someone who listens to your concerns, recognizes when you're in pain, and supports you with what you need and ask for. We also know just how difficult it is for Black, Indigenous, Spanish speaking, and LBQT women and birthing people to find these providers. So we are bringing Bellies, those of you who are pregnant, trying to conceive, postpartum, and looking for support together with 757 Black, Indigenous and Spanish speaking Birthworkers: doulas, midwives, OBs, pediatricians, pelvic floor therapists, perinatal mental health providers, lactation professionals, ENTs, and many more, so you can build a care team you trust.
