Practice-n-Play is an indoor instructional league for players looking to be a part of a team, learn new skills and play with friends. Sign up individually or with friends and we will place them on a team together. Players will practice once a week and play games on the weekend. All practices and games will be coached by our Elite FT Coaches.Info:
Kindergarten through 8th Grade
Boys & girls, no experience necessary
Weeks of January 4 - February 22
14 sessions (8 practices plus 6 games)
All age groups will practice 1 time per week during the weeks of January 4 & January 11; Beginning the week of January 18 all age groups will have 1 practice plus 1 game each week
List 2-3 players you would like to play with
We provide experienced coaches educated through "The Elite Way!"
We provide each player with a team shirt

Practices and games @ SWIC Intramural (Blue Storm Building)-2500 Carlyle Ave, Belleville, IL 62221
Practice Times:
Kindergarten-Monday or Wednesday - 5:30-6:25pm
1st Grade-Monday-6:30-7:25pm or Wednesday-5:30-6:25pm
2nd Grade-Monday-6:30-7:25pm or Thursday-5:30-6:25pm
3rd/4th- Wednesday or Thursday- 6:30-7:25pm
5th/6th; 7th/8th- Wednesday or Thursday- 6:30-7:25pm
Age groups may be combined for games due to number of signups
Saturday game times will be communicated via email the week of January 4, 2026. Games will be between the hours of 8:50am - 12:50pm each week.
Games will be manufactured so that they are appropriate for competition. This means that players may change from team-to-team midgame, in order to keep all games competitive
