Bell Tower Brewing Holiday Beer Dinner

Gather in the heart of the season for an intimate five-course dinner set within our beautiful, old church. Experience an evening of exceptional collaboration as Head Brewer Jennifer, Executive Chef Justin, and Sous Chef James pair dishes and beers that perfectly mirror the warmth of our kitchen and the character of our brewhouse.

This is a one-night only event with very limited capacity. Ticket includes all beer and food, no tip is included.

Holiday Beer Dinner 2025

First: Blue Cheese Sourdough bread, with fig pistachio spread paired w/ Star of the West, Festbier (5.8%), 10 oz

Second: Pomegranate, pickled beet, baby red romaine, radicchio, Blood Orange poppyseed dressing paired w/Classic German Pilsner, 10 oz

Third: Scallops with crispy fingerling smash, lingonberry sauce, dill Festbier burre blanc paired w/ Merriment, Cranberry Tart (5%), 5 oz

Fourth: Borscht paired w/ Gloria, Belgian Dubbel (7.5%), 10 oz

Main: Prime Rib w/ horseradish parsnip puree, black garlic jus paired w/ St. Clair, Flanders-style Red (7.3%), 5 oz

Dessert: Sticky Toffee Pudding paired w/ Décembre, Spiced Rye Saison, 5 oz
