About this Event
This Valentine’s Day, join House of Blume for an intentional yoga practice inspired by the work of bell hooks, who taught us that love is not simply a feeling, but action and practice rooted in freedom, community care, and our shared responsibility to humanity.
Together, we’ll move through a grounding tea ceremony utilizing our bell hooks tea blend, mindfully move through a gentle yoga flow, followed by a guided meditation centered on bell hooks’ teachings on love as an ethic. We'll close softly with an invitation to reflect and return to ourselves and one another with care.
Each ticket includes the tea ceremony, yoga practice, and bell hooks–inspired meditation all offerings of nourishment and remembrance.
This gathering is a reimagining of Valentine’s Day reminding us to consider love beyond romance, rooted in presence, intention, and collective care.
