About this Event
The Ukrainian community of Buffalo, NY and Spark Filmmakers Collaborative in a commemorative event marking the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine (February 24, 2022).
The day features documentary film screenings, a live remote panel with voices from Ukraine, and an evening of Ukrainian music, food, and community gathering. Screenings are free and open to the public; suggested donation during the evening program.
Film Program (18+): content includes discussion of trauma, adult artwork and depictions of violence and war. Some scenes may be disturbing or re-traumatizing.
