About this Event
A 3 day intensive holiday boot camp designed for teenage girls struggling with feeling anxious about school, dealing with school refusal or experiencing difficulties with school transitions.
Running over 3 days our bootcamp incorporates learning the arts, be that creatively or physically, to help conquer our fears. Through collaboration with industry professionals we have a unique experience where facilitators & content have been carefully chosen and developed to create & cater to the needs of our participants. With experienced professionals combined with mentors with lived experience we provide so much more than any other holiday program.
Our minds have the ability to take us many places and over 3 days the girls will take their thoughts through stages developed to enhance motivation, self discipline & school engagement.
We have collaborated with fitness instructors, art therapists, teachers & OT's to make sure our content works!

Belief Bootcamp is being hosted at Ripe hub 1/18 Holt centre, Nowra. Running off kinghorne st & Holt arcade. (Use the elevator up to Lvl 1) Parking available at stuart's car park.
**Daily excursions included, this may include a walk to a park, fitness centre or community hall. Participants must have all authorisations signed by appropriate guardians prior to attending any excursion.
