About this Event
We want to show that everyone should feel safe cycling around our community, day and night.
We agree with Cycling UK’s #MyRideOurRight campaign that cycling should feel liberating, not intimidating. Glow rides are happening across the UK, filling the streets with light, making women’s experiences visible, and highlighting the urgent need for safer streets in every community.
Starting at 6.30pm for a 6.45 pedal off, we will go from Nuala with the Hula across the big fish bridge, through Titanic Quarter up to Victoria Park, finishing in Victoria Park. The route is all off road and takes in some beautiful sights.
After the ride please join us at Boundary Brewery for a little bit of socialising.
*This ride is for everyone regardless of gender, as long as you want cycling to be made more accessilble and safer for women, which makes it better for us all!
