Being You Women's Circle - Northcote

Welcome to the Being You Women's Circle - a peaceful and powerful space that encourages connection, healing and growth where you can feel seen, safe, heard and held.

The Being You Women's Circle will create the space for you to be you, to nurture yourself and prioritise self-care while in the company of like- minded, supportive women.

You will be given the opportunity to connect to yourself and other women in the circle, to share and listen without judgment, to identify what is working for you and what needs to be released to move forward with confidence and clarity.

No experience is required - I will talk you through what's required for each exercise while you relax into the candlelit space and enjoy the experience.

Theme: Self Love and the Acceptance of Self

Format: *Circle opening with introductions

*Guided meditation

*Prompt for reflection and sharing

*Letting go exercise

*Oracle cards for intuitive guidance

*Circle closing with gratitude

*Finishing with tea and conversation and/or space for journaling.

When: Friday July 26th 7.30pm-9.30pm.

Doors will open at 7.15pm for a prompt start at 7.30pm.

Where: Jika in the Park Community Centre, 2 East Street, Northcote.

What to bring: Your desire for self understanding and development. A pen and notebook for journalling. A water bottle.

What to wear: Comfortable and cosy clothing. A warm jacket as we will be outside for a short time during the letting go exercise.

Who can join: Those identifying as women +18 years of age.

About me: I merge my experience in spirituality and science. I have been participating in women’s circles and similar spaces for the past twenty years. I have a Degree in Health Science, Post Graduate studies in Mental Health and I work in the Social Service industry. I have created the Being You Women's circle out of my desire to create safe, gentle, loving spaces for women to rest, reflect, connect and grow.

Please note:

• We will be sitting on floor cushions. This helps to create an indoor "campfire" atmosphere, intensifying the experience of connection and promoting healing - however, if there are reasons that this will be not possible for you please send me a message in advance and I will prepare the room accordingly.
• I will be providing light refreshments - tea and biscuits. If you have any dietary requirements please let me know of these so that I can cater to your needs.
