About this Event
In our current world, it can be a radical act to love ourselves wholly and truly. Participants will learn about self-compassion as a source of strength and perseverance, and a tool for deep and authentic human connection. Together Leah Liszka will help participants identify obstacles to self-compassion and explore strategies to cultivate it in daily life. The event is in person and will include discussion, in the moment practice, and space for support and care.
Hosted by Leah Liszka (she/they), LICSW from Flying Mountain Therapy. Email them at l[email protected] for any questions.
