About this Event
As the 2nd generation owner and winemaker behind Illahe Vineyards, Brad Ford champions historical winemaking techniques, sustainable practices, and a deep connection to the land, offering a fresh perspective on Oregon’s winemaking future. Illahe produces wines with minimal intervention— and little help from modern technology (check out the pics!).
They let the vineyards do their own thing, and the results speak for themselves! If you love Oregon wine, discovering new things, or just geeking out over wine with great people, this dinner is for you.

ABOUT ILLAHE
At Illahe, our goal is to make wine as naturally as possible from soil to bottle. We work by hand on small lots with age-old techniques and materials. Our focus is to grow and make quality pinot noir and white wines that express the vintage and their varietal characteristics. Some of our wines are made entirely by hand, with no electricity or modern mechanization.
✨ Why choose just one dinner when you can attend two?! ✨
Join us for both upcoming dinners (October 30 with Illahe and November 6 with Raventós i Blanc), and we’ll thank you with a $15 wine credit at each dinner!
That's $30 total back toward the bottles you love 🫶 and our way of saying thank you for joining us for a night of incredible food, wine, and company on back-to-back weeks!
