This course covers the role of a Treatment Coordinator (TCO), effective communication techniques, understanding the patient journey, ethical value-based selling, and strategies to build lasting patient relationships—all aimed at enhancing the patient experience and supporting the dental team through practical tools and confident, compassionate communication.

Aims & Objectives

Understand the role and responsibilities of a Treatment Coordinator within the dental team.

Develop effective communication skills using DISC profiling, mirroring, and de-escalation techniques.

Learn to guide patients through a smooth, consistent, and personalised journey.
