About this Event
Join us for an open evening for an overview of film and television production in Scotland, find out what roles exist within a film crew and hear from industry experienced Location Manager, Chris Cameron, about what it's like to work on a film/television drama production.
The informal open evening will consist of a presentation and Q&A followed by an opportunity for coffee, cake and a mingle with the BECTU Vision team and our industry professional who will be on-hand to share their experience and advice.
We’ll be sharing practical signposts for support available to help with your next steps, including information on our free, 2-day training course Hit the Ground Running taking place in Dumfries 31 January & 1 February 2025 and is now open for applications.
Can’t make the event? Join our Open Evening in Hawick on Wednesday 20 November, 18:30 or our online session where we’ll cover the same topics on Wednesday 27 November 2024, 18:30, register via our website.
