and the ones we’re ready to finally step into.

We’ll look at:

• the disconnect between how you’re seen and how you feel
• the parts of you that feel hidden or muted
• the identity you’re ready to lead from in 2026
• what your “mask” has protected—and what it has cost

This session blends laughter, storytelling, group reflection, and guided activities to help you see yourself clearly (maybe for the first time in a long time).
