The Rhythm Foundation is a Miami Beach-based, independent 501c3 organization. Since its founding in 1988, it has grown to become a leading presenter of international music in the United States. Rhythm Foundation’s mission is to create shared cultural experiences that build and connect the diverse communities of South Florida through the presentation of live music.
The Miami Beach Bandshell is Miami Beach’s premiere open-air performing arts and cultural events destination. Designed in 1961 by famed modernist architect Norman Giller, the facility retains its unique, stylish appeal while offering state-of-the-art sound, lighting, and video production. The Bandshell is a National Register of Historic Places recognized landmark building and is owned by The City of Miami Beach. Since 2015, it has been operated by the Rhythm Foundation.
