All About Our Initiative:

Dr. Robert L Jamison is restoring the dignity and confidence of our homeless brothers and sisters in more than 20 locations per month by providing access to free Behavioral Health Assessments and his new book titled "Alone" Turning Unseen Wounds of Depression across the City and County of Los Angeles. We all know that homelessness is at extreme crisis levels in Los Angeles. With over 45,000 people unhoused in the City of Los Angeles and over 75,000 people unhoused in the County of Los Angeles it is difficult to say that there is a solution in the future let alone what an Angeleno can do about it.

Why Support the "Alone" Book Tour?

As a 36 Year-Healthcare Provider with a 13-year background as Director in Behavioral Health. I specifically wanted to provide free Behavioral Health Assessments because I saw how homelessness robbed our brothers and sisters of their dignity and when it came to them accessing services, that could benefit their mental health and well-being. We may not be solving homelessness, but we are giving our brothers and sisters on the street not just critical services but a chance at feeling helpless, a chance at feeling confident, and a chance at being seen like any other Angeleno, said Dr. Robert L Jamison, PhD

We are not the only group or organization trying to make a difference. So many Angelenos, whether in groups or by themselves, strive to improve the lives of our homeless brothers and sisters. We have learned by partnering with other like-minded groups and organizations, together we can establish a hub of resources that not only provide the basic needs but also help create pathways out of homelessness for our most vulnerable Angelenos. Let's talk about the inspirational chapters written in his new book titled "Alone" Turning Unseen Wounds of Depression Into Wisdom and learn about our primary care services, and don't forget to pre order your autograph copy of "Alone" as we continue to celebrate mental health awareness together!

Sponsor The Book Tour & Radio Block Hits:
Alternative Health Care LA has connected with KJLH radio and has agreed to schedule station Block Hits that will allow us to promote my new book titled "Alone" and our businesses and services throughout the community. We will be able to tell our story while impacting the lives of attendees with relevant facts that can help change their lives in a positive direction.
Using KJLH, radio and streaming spots as our calling card, having their on-air personality on site, along with their mic, sound system, and tent creates a welcomed environment for the exchange of information and discussion. It gives us two hours to create an environment that will enhance, promote, and engage our participants. It’s touching our community one Block Hit at a time. Partner with us and make a difference.
The KJLH Block Hits are intended to nurture men, women, and children about health and the formulation of powerful decisions that will make a difference in their lives. To partner with me and schedule a book signing date at your location I can be reached at (213) 258-5112 or call my office at (213) 373-5585 for further details. Free goodie bags and "Alone" merchandise will be available I look forward to working with you and promoting your health business/service in the community.
