Victor Camarillo is a third-year graduate student in the UHCL Behavior Analysis Master's Program. He is currently working as a clinic coordinator at the Intensive Outpatient Behavior Reduction Clinic (IOP) at the Center for Autism and Developmental Disabilities (CADD). Victor earned his bachelorโs degree from the University of Houston-Main Campus with a major in Psychology and a minor in Law, Values, and Policy. Victor will be teaching caregivers and educational staff about a way to change behavior in an adaptive way through behavior contracts. Behavior contracting involves an agreement from both the child and the adult that a certain task will get done in exchange for a reward.
