Our outdoor training sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays, where you'll experience a fun and challenging workout in the great outdoors.
Our expert trainers will guide you every step of the way, providing personalized support and encouragement as you work towards your goals.
You will be trained from a beginner to intermediate level of fitness, so this is great for people who have never been fit before or if you are getting back into fitness after a long tie out from it.
