Have you always been interested in trying out yoga? Or are you just starting and still have a few questions? Maybe you are looking to restart a yoga practice but aren't sure how to go about it. We are here to provide a comfortable atmosphere to help you decide if yoga is right for you! Please join us for a beginning yoga workshop at Good Life Wellness where Shelley will give you the background you need to start your yoga practice at home or at any studio where you feel comfortable. We will go over the basic poses of yoga, answer questions you may have, and participate in a gentle yoga practice. We have everything you need, so just wear some comfy clothes that you can move in and bring a great attitude for learning.
