Start (or continue) your swingin' journey with the SwingDanceVegas Academy every Tuesday at 6:30pm.
Learn the basic steps of vintage dances like the Lindy Hop, Jitterbug, East Coast Swing, and Charleston. Each week, we'll explore the essential tips and techniques for social dancing to a variety of Swingin' genres, including leading, following, footwork, rhythmic patterns, and fun moves. This is a weekly drop-in class, which means you can drop in any week of the year without having gone to previous classes. And you never need a partner or experience to join!
If you have never danced before, this class is perfect for you!
If you have some experience in swing dancing this is a perfect opportunity to practice your technique and/or learn another role!

If you're ready for the next level, stick around after this class for our Vintage Swing Dance Progressive Series, every Tuesday at 7:30p. These month-long series explore the styles and techniques of a variety of vintage swing dances including Lindy Hop, Balboa, Collegiate Shag, '30s Charleston, and more!
Also, make sure to join us weekly on Friday nights to practice all you've learned this week at Swinging' at the Mint Tavern! We dance there every Friday from 8:30p-1a, with an Intro to Swing Lesson at 7:30p, if you want a quick refresher before hand.
