About this Event
Diego Lanau and Alejandra Saravia are heading back to the Bay Area to teach beginning Argentine tango! This series is geared towards total beginners and anyone who wants to improve their tango technique. We focus on learning how to lead and follow simple figures for social dancing. The classes are taught using the terms “leaders” and “followers” and are inclusive to queer, trans, and non-binary people. Role-switching is welcome.
The ticket price includes four Wednesday-evening classes, starting July 17th.
Diego and Alejandra are full-time, professional tango teachers with many years of experience. Diego is from Argentina, and Alejandra is from Bolivia.
