New to sewing or ready to refresh the basics? Our Beginning Sewing Class is the perfect place to start. This three-block class is designed to build skills step by step, allowing students time to learn, practice, and gain confidence at each stage.Students will learn sewing machine basics, including threading the machine, winding a bobbin, and understanding common stitches and seams. We’ll also cover fabric fundamentals, measuring skills, and simple construction techniques.
Class Project:
Each student will cut and sew a sofa-size square pillow with an envelope-style back closure. All project supplies are provided.
Cost for all three classes and to include all materials $50
Class dates: Feb 18th, March 4th and March 18th 1pm - 3 pm
