This is a beginning fruit tree grafting class for those with no prior experience. We will begin with a presentation on grafting and caring for trees, and then everyone will graft four trees to take home.
We provide root stock and scionwood, you bring a sharp, straight- and, thin-bladed knife, and a cutting board. Participants who have their own pruning shears are encouraged to bring those as well.
Cost: Pay What You Can (Suggested Cost is $70)
Open to 10 - 13 year olds with a co-learning adult, otherwise open to ages 14+
