Feeling overwhelmed by the daily grind? One of the best ways to care for your mental health is to learn something new—just for fun. Step away from the screen, move your body, and treat yourself to the joy of dance.
Join us for a beginner-friendly introduction to Raqs Sharqi, the classical and social dance form from Egypt, often known in the U.S. as “belly dance.” In this 4-week series, you’ll learn foundational movements, rhythms, and combinations while also gaining a deeper appreciation for the cultural roots of the dance.
This is a space to move, learn, and connect. Whether you're looking for low-impact exercise, new friendships, or a creative outlet, you'll find it here—alongside a fun, supportive group.
No experience needed—just bring your curiosity and a hip scarf!
