In our Beginner’s Sourdough Class, you will learn starter maintenance, mixing and stretching your dough, and shaping your loaves. You will go home with all the tools you need to start making your very own delicious sourdough breads immediately!
Take Home:
• a loaf we mix in class
• a loaf we shape in class and is ready to bake
• your own happy, bubbly sourdough starter in a jar
• a bowl and cotton towel to use as a banneton
• a bread-scoring lame
• our Beginner’s Sourdough Recipe Booklet
• access to a private Facebook group where you can ask questions, troubleshoot, and share all the yummy things you bake
