$Beginners\u2019 Bluegrass Slow Jam$

The Beginners Bluegrass Slow Jam is held on the second Monday of each month from 3-5 PM at the Pavilion in Abita Springs 22049 Main Street.
This jam welcomes musicians who are new to jamming and playing with others or who want to practice playing at a slower tempo.
To enjoy this jam it would be helpful to know major chords, especially C, G, D, A and E on your acoustic bluegrass instruments.
Most songs are in the 1, 4, 5 configuration with 1 being the root of the key of the song. For example, if the song is in G, G=1, C=4, and D=5.
