Beginners Yoga WorkshopMonday 8th of September 2025 @ The Bonded Warehouse

You don't have to be fit and flexible for this class, as long as you can breathe you can do Yoga. My classes are more focused on the mind than the ability of the body, we use the body and the breath as a tool to settle the mind. (The fit and flexible are welcome too but no showing off if you can reach your toes!) Everyone gets to work within their own limits.
In this workshop I will cover the basics of using the breath to create movement as well as our basic postures and breathing practices, a little Yoga philosophy always gets thrown in so hopefully you will know why we do what we are doing and how to get the best from your time on your mat. And yes... you do get a lie down at the end!
After this workshop you will be welcome to join in my weekly classes that start on the 15th of September.
I've been teaching Yoga for over 18 years and haven't stopped my further study in all that time. I enjoy passing on the teachings of Yoga and most of all hearing of the benefits it has given my students over the years.
Booking is essential as class sizes are limited so everyone gets enough attention and space.
