This workshop is for anyone:
- Brand new to yoga or practiced before but a little rusty
- That already has a regular yoga practice but is looking to go over the foundations.
- It may not be suitable for someone with an injury or mobility issues so drop me a message if you’re insure.
The workshop will include:
- Some background on what yoga is and its origins.
- A breakdown of the foundational yoga poses like downward facing dog cobra etc.
- Linking the poses with steady breathing so you can start to feel both the physical and mental benefits of a yoga practice.
- A short relaxation to finish the session
Expect to leave:
- Feeling more confident to join a mixed level class or continue your yoga practice at home.
- More clued up on what yoga is all about and how there is more to it than just touching your toes!
