Welcome – We hope you’ve had a wonderful summer and are ready to get back to yoga or starting your yoga practice for the first time! Katharine will be here to welcome you, support you and guide you through a variety of breathing techniques and yoga postures. Helping to create calm, release tension, as well as creating energy and a sense of lightness when we need it – your path to finding balance. If you’re new to yoga, want to take it slowly or the time just suits, join us, variations will be offered.
6 week block, dates are non transferable.

Please Note: We will have no classes at the studio on the 2nd September as we’ll be on our annual Portugal Yoga Retreat.
