🌿 Beginner Yoga Serieswith Ryan Hader, Master Yoga Teacher
This 3-week Beginner Yoga Series is designed for anyone who is brand new to yoga, returning after time away, or looking to refine and deepen their current practice.
Led by master yoga teacher Ryan Hader, this series offers a clear, supportive, and progressive foundation in yoga. Ryan is a gifted and thoughtful teacher, and students consistently leave his classes having learned something meaningful each time he teaches.
Over the three weeks, students will learn foundational yoga postures, basic breathwork, and universal alignment principles that support stability, strength, and confidence in practice. Each class builds upon the last, creating a well-rounded experience that prepares students to comfortably attend other yoga classes or continue deepening their personal practice.
Classes are thoughtfully paced and taught in a welcoming, non-intimidating environment. Time is given for understanding, integration, and embodied learning.
No prior yoga experience is required.
What to bring:
Comfortable clothing and a yoga mat (limited mats available to borrow).
Dates: Saturdays, January 17, 24, & 31
