We will cover all the basics to help you start your yoga journey and feel comfortable attending other yoga classes. The first 4 classes will meet Fridays at 5:30pm. The last two weeks you get unlimited access to all of our classes so you can experience different styles of yoga and see what you like best! We will skip class on July 5th for the holiday.A 6-week series to break down common poses, alignment, safety, breathwork, and how to use props. Gain a solid foundation and feel knowledgeable, empowered, and confident in your yoga practice. We will meet for 4 weeks on Friday at 5:30. After the four weeks, you’ll have two weeks of Unlimited Yoga to try out all of our classes and instructors and discover what style of yoga you love. Investment $80.
