If you’ve been intrigued by yoga but not sure where to begin, this class is for you!
We’ll start exactly where you are – whether this is your first class or you’ve done a few online. Through exploring the foundations of yoga – breath awareness, movement, and relaxation – you’ll gently rejuvenate your whole body and invite your mind into a calm focus.
This class is a guided practice with ample space for questions and curiosities as they arise.
