Hello budding yogis. I am launching a New Year, New You! beginners yoga course from January 26.
This is in-person attendance only so that you have my full attention.
Why not leave the troubles of 2025 behind and start to build a stronger body, mind and connection to self!
Yoga can be whatever you make it. You may use it to relax and settle yourself, or to empower yourself in all ways.
I will work with you during these sessions to give you an all round experience that you can choose to continue in class, or you can take away and do at home.
I am asking for payment of 6 weeks block initially because I believe that the pre-payment helps with new year motivation.
You will need a yoga mat and a blanket.
The hall has been newly refurbished and has new central heating so should be warm, cosy and inviting.
