Join Clio for a six week introduction to the practice of yoga and start to experience some of its many benefits, both on and off your mat. Each session will have a specific focus, and will encompass a little of each of embodied and mindful movement, breathwork, mantra, philosophy, meditation and relaxation. We will touch on the basics of these different elements, making it a very accessible course.
Clio encourages you to listen to your body, move with your breath, and use options to explore that that means in different ways throughout your practice.
The course will run 25th September - 30th October
