This Beginners course corresponds to Level 1 of our System of Yoga in Daily Life. It covers the great "basics" one needs to learn from the beginning: how to relax, how to breath - different types of breathing including Full Yoga Breath, how to warm up the body, how to practice the Sarva Hitta asanas and much more......but maybe mostly importantly how to withdraw the attention from outward to inward and practice with the awareness....
