Whether you are new to yoga or just getting started again, this class is a gentle introduction to the basics, taught in a supportive and welcoming environment.We’ll focus on:
• Simple yoga postures and safe alignment
• Breathing techniques to bring calm and focus
• Building strength, balance and confidence at your own pace
No matter your age, fitness or flexibility, you’ll soon feel the benefits - with better posture, more energy, and balance in body and mind. Modifications are offered, so if you have injuries or health concerns, we can help you find a version of each pose that works for you.

Please bring your own yoga mat (a small amount of equipment is available to borrow if you’re new)
