Meet Char! (she/her)
  • 240-hr Registered Yoga Instructor
  • Mental Health Advocate | Trauma Informed
  • Owner of @yogawith_char

Getting in touch with her roots and reclaiming her sovereignty. Her complex childhood led her to work in health care and she found a love for fitness. Using Yoga to help with her mental, emotional, spiritual and physical health. Teaching community members of all social demographics. She believes Yoga can be for all walks of life and should be accessible to all.


Introduction to Yoga

Healing takes a community and she's here to break the stigma that you need to do it alone.

Offering a safe space for those to inquire about the depths of Yoga and it’s beautiful teachings. Whether you are using Yoga for flexibility, strength, posture, balance, to reduce stress, mental health, body awareness or understanding the mind and body connection, all are welcomed!


Class Schedule:
  • 15-minute foundation of yoga
  • 45-minute movement

Items to bring:
  • Bottle water
  • Yoga Mat

If you do not have a mat, please let me know! No experience necessary.

Limited space. 24 hour cancellation policy.

Location is at a private gym space.
