Following the success of our popular summer yoga classes, we’re continuing the series into the fall. Join us for beginner’s yoga the first Tuesday of September, October, and November. Taught by professional yoga instructor Chelsea No, these classes are 45 minutes of practice followed by 15 minutes of meditation. The instructor will bring 10 yoga mats and some blocks and blankets for attendees to use; if you have your own yoga supplies, please bring them. For adults ages 18 and up. All participants must sign a safety waiver before class.
