Join Michelle for this 5 week immersive course, that's suitable for those who are completely new to yoga and anyone who has had a long break from practicing. Every week, we incorporate sun salutation breakdowns into the 75 minute sessions, layering up as you progress each week. You'll be introduced to foundational postures and their variations, so that you can adapt them to suit your body, or how you're feeling on the day. You will also be introduced to breathing exercises (pranayama) and these will be weaved throughout every session. Each week you are emailed a handout, which covers what you have learned in class. This gives you the option to practice what you have learned at home and further build your confidence.
