✨🎵Beginners Tibetan Singing Bowls Workshop🎵✨
💫Discover the calming and transformative power of sound in this hands-on beginner workshop focused on Tibetan Singing Bowls. Whether you're new to working with sound or simply curious, this immersive session offers a gentle introduction to the ancient practice of using Tibetan Singing Bowls for relaxation, meditation and balance💫
✨Through guided practice you’ll discover different ways to play the bowls and their potential to relax the mind and body through the use of harmonious frequencies and brainwave entrainment. No experience with Tibetan singing bowls is necessary, just an open mind and a desire to connect with these beautiful instruments✨
⭐️In this workshop, you will:
✔️Learn the history of Tibetan Singing Bowls and how they are made
✔️Understand the different types of bowls and how to choose one
✔️Practice proper techniques for playing Tibetan singing bowls
✔️Explore sounding Tibetan singing bowls and look at their benefits for stress relief and energy balancing
✔️Experience a guided sound bath using multiple bowls
⭐️Your host: Becky is a Integral Sound Healing Practitioner, Teacher of Sound Healing, former Teacher with the Sound Healing Academy International, has taught over 200+ students the art of Sound Healing and has been a highly qualified, accomplished musician for over 20 years. Through her events, classes, workshops and educational sound healing workshops she has helped spread the word of the healing power of Tibetan singing bowls to a multitude of people for many years. Showing and sharing with people how they can use the healing power of Tibetan singing bowls for their own wellbeing and others⭐️
🖊️What you’ll need to bring:
- A journal/notepad and pen
- A yoga mat, blanket and small pillow (though there are mats and blankets at the studio if you forget)
- Your own packed lunch (tea and coffee will be provided)
- Wear warm, comfortable layers
And maybe a Tibetan singing bowl/s and mallet if you have one (but not essential)
There is also free on-street parking in the area.
