Join Melbourne Working Holiday Girls for a Beginners Thai Boxing session with Lay – the perfect way to start your Saturday morning with a workout and new friends!
🥊 What is Thai Boxing?
Thai Boxing (Muay Thai) is a fun, high-energy martial art from Thailand that uses punches, kicks, knees, and elbows. It’s great for fitness, stress release, and building confidence and this beginner-friendly session is the perfect place to try it out!

📍 The Details
Where? Supafight Port Melbourne – Unit 3/343 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne VIC 3207 (Look up you'll see a big sign saying "Thai Boxing" on the side of the building
When? Arrive at 10:50am ready for our session at 11am (1hr sesison)
What to Wear? Activewear
Groupchat? Yes! A group chat will be created 24hrs prior for pre/post workout friendmaking
Can I come solo? Of course – most girls do! We'll have our groupchat, icebreakers throughout the session and post workout yaps - plenty of opportunities to make new friends!
👩 About Lay
Lay is a Personal Trainer, Coach and Muay Thai fighter, specialising in training women to feel empowered through combat sports. Originally from Jersey in the Channel Islands, UK she also moved here on a 417 visa in 2024!
