About this Event

Tai Chi and Qi Gong are traditional Chinese health boosting exercises. Gentle enough for anyone to try, and effective enough to tone and strengthen your muscles, improve your mental focus and calm your mind. Classes are held at World Pa Kua Martial Arts and Health North Hollywood Studio. Access is limited, please sign up quick!
