Join the Statesville Recreation & Parks Department for this 8-week small group training class to help you learn the basics of running.This small group training class starts slow and progresses gradually to help you build endurance and confidence! Great for those wanting to add running to their exercise routine or who want to run their first 5k race.
CLASS DATES: February 25 - April 17, 2025
CLASS DAYS: Tuesdays & Thursdays
TIME: 5:15p - 6:15p
COST: $10
REGISTRATION: Register by Monday, February 24, 2025. Must have at least 4 participants for the class to be held.

Before each class we will meet in the lobby of the Statesville Fitness & Activity Center, and the running group takes place on the Greenway.
