Our 5 week Beginners Resistance Training Course lays the foundation for a lifetime of looking after your health and fitness. We focus on developing very good foundational movement patterns on which we can later add intensity and volume when people are ready. For people with little to no experience in the gym or those looking to gain confidence in their movement skills. This course is 1 x 60min session per week for 5 weeks.Maximum of 5 people/course.
