About this Event
A slow paced women’s ride suitable for anyone who just learned to ride a bike or is getting back into cycling. As long as you can steer, pedal and use your brakes this is right for you.
We will be meeting at 10:00h at the forecourt of Rumiؒ Mosque, 337 Fore St, London N9 0NU
We will be riding to Walthamstow Wetlands where we will stop for a break before heading back to the Mosque. We aim to be back for 12:30h.
We will set off promptly so please make sure you arrive on time.
Bikes are available to borrow. If you would like to borrow a bike please arrive 10 minutes before the start so that there is time to fetch and adjust the bike.
If own bike tickets are sold out, book a 'borrow a bike' ticket
Please bring with you:
- A helmet if you wish to wear one
- Water
- Snacks
- Money and card for the Cafe if you wish to buy something (some cafes only accept one of these)
- Facemask
- Gloves in case it's cold
- A bike lock
- A spare inner tube
If you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limited at the moment.
Do not come on our rides if you have Covid symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or if you have been asked to self isolate.
