Social Bike Ride for Women on a Beginner+ Level, including a break
About this Event

This is a relatively slow paced women's only ride suitable for anyone who can pedal, brake and steer the bike and is comfortable on quiet roads. The ride will be led by experienced ride leaders.

We will be meeting at 10am at Granville Community Centre, 140 Carlton Vale, NW6 5HE.

We will ride from Granville to Selfridges and Oxford Street. We will return via Regents Park where we will stop for a coffee break before riding back to Kilburn. We aim to be back by 1:00pm

Please be on time as we are not able to wait for latecomers.

Bikes will be available to borrow from Cycletastic. If you need to borrow a bike *please come at least 15 minutes earlier* so there is time to adjust the bike.

Please bring with you:

A helmet if you wish to wear one

Suncream if it gets hot /Gloves if it is cold

Water and snacks

Spare inner tube for your own bike

A bike lock for your own bike

Money and card for the Cafe if you wish to buy something (some cafes only accept one of these)

PLEASE NOTE:

Do not come on our rides if you have Covid symptoms, have been in close contact with someone who has symptoms or if you have been asked to self isolate.

We encourage riders of all abilities to attend but please note that this is not a cycle lesson. Ideally you can already steer, brake and pedal.

If you can't come pls let us know as soon as possible so we can offer the place to someone on our waiting list as places are very limited at the moment.

If you should have any further questions pls email us on [email protected]
