Beginners Pilates class- introducing you to the exercises and fundamentals of Pilates. We will cover the basic principles of Pilates in our set-up ( looking at breathwork, pelvic floor & core engagement and postural alignment), alongside covering all the core exercises used in the class. (A mix of strength focused moves and mobility exercises) Great if you are brand new to pilates or if you would like a top - up to get you back into movement after the festivities!
